Welcome to Adult Dance at PPD! Our Beginner ballet class is designed for absolute beginners. We will be focusing on classical ballet fundamentals. We also have an Intermediate level ballet class, which is challenging enough to keep you engaged and simple enough to be restorative. Additionally, we offer a contemporary class suitable for all levels. In this class, we will explore three-dimensional movements and work on expressing words, thoughts, and ideas. Our Adult class has no dress code, so please wear whatever you are most comfortable dancing in.
